For a while we started displaying undyed Shibori fabric to show people how the designs were made. After asking what these pieces where they are always amazed at the answer; the patterns and designs come from the time consuming and intricate process of tieing the fabric. They also to our surprise like the sculptural forms of the tied fabric. We incorporate this into some of our pieces by not ironing out the fabric after dyeing giving a crumpled, texture feel. Like our Tie Dye Shimmering Square Indigo Scarf.
