Jugu ships worldwide.

It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order. If you place your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. Once processed, orders are shipped by 3pm Monday - Friday from our London, UK office.

Domestic Customers UK

All domestic orders are sent Royal Mail, TNT or DHL. 

International Customers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

We accept un-used in original condition items purchased from within 30 days from the date of purchase on all domestic orders. 

International orders are not eligible for returns.


It may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive your shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund has been processed & issued. Any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded. 


Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by Jugu, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. Jugu reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

For items not available on the website, pre-ordered and not in stock we will advise of the manufacturing time and likely delivery date.  Usually a 50% deposit will be required.
