Starry Sky Silk Scarf

This scarf is expertly crafted from 100% lightweight silk and hand tie- dye with natural indigo, showcasing a serene starry sky design. Soft, breathable, and versatile, it’s a perfect unisex accessory for effortless everyday style.

All our products are handmade by local Miao women in villages located in Southwest China, near the Himalayas. Each piece features traditional patterns crafted using age-old techniques such as tie-dye, Sashiko, Shibori, batik, embroidery, and hand-weaving. The indigo dye used is sourced from Japanese indigo, carefully cultivated and processed by local artisans. The dye vats are reusable, but achieving the rich, deep blue color requires over 10 rounds of dyeing, with each layer oxidizing to a beautiful blue in the air after the fabric is dyed.
