The Market Coat is our most popular style, named after Portobello Market, where it is sold and worn. Suiting most body shapes, it bridges the gap between a chore jacket and overcoat. The dense, textured sashiko weave is strong, while the soft roll of the lapel and collar add character. Slightly oversized through the shoulder for easy layering, with three outer pockets to carry your day-to-day essentials. 

Hand-dyed in natural indigo and then overdyed in black ink dye, this jacket will only improve with wear, creating its own unique patina and fade.
